My name is Sharon Chen, and I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
A few years ago, certain life events took a toll on my overall well-being. Within one year of my son’s birth, I entered single motherhood, along with a shocking diagnosis from my son’s pediatrician. It was during the pandemic.
In the days, months, and years that followed, I struggled with depression and fatigue and was overwhelmed with my emotions due to the life changes and the day-to-day life with a baby. As a result, my physical health inevitably suffered, and I lost an unhealthy amount of weight.
Through self-discovery and certified training, I realized that both my son and I deserve the best of me. The only way back was to regain my health and strength. Since then, I have embarked on a holistic healing journey that has transformed my life. And I want to share what worked for me and help you transform yours.
